Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving late may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to complete the service in order to ensure the highest quality experience. In these instances, applicable cancellation fees will apply.
